Enrollment is open to any child who is developmentally ready and wants to learn in a strong academic program. The education at GCA incorporates Godly principles into students’ daily lives with an emphasis on academic excellence. It is our goal to establish and maintain a relationship with each child and family joining GCA. As part of our goal, we begin our admission process with the following steps:
- A tour of our campus and a family meeting.
- A completed admissions application and an evaluation test to determine the child’s level of development and readiness for our curriculum. There is a $50 evaluation fee for all new students.
- Once a child has been evaluated, parents will need to provide documentation and complete the following forms for the enrollment process.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Proof of up-to-date immunizations
- Grace Christian Academy forms:
- Application for Admission
- Financial Agreement
- Handbook Agreement
- Health Record
- Consent for Medical Treatment
- Application for Admission
- Honor Code
- Publicity Permit
- Field Trip Permit
- Authorization for Student Release
- Rules for Acceptable Computer Use
