Nicole Rodriguez

Principal

In over 22 years working at CCSD as an Elementary, Special Education teacher, Educational Computer Specialist, and Special Education Instructional Facilitator she always felt that there was something missing: the ability to share her faith and belief in God. After 3 years of teaching at Grace Christian Academy she fell in love with the school & agreed to become the principal. When not working with children, Mrs. Rodriguez enjoys photography, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.

Sara Olson

Office Manager

Mrs. Sara is one of our parents that fell in love with the school. She grew up in Boulder City and attended Ozark Christian College in Missouri after high school. She has a passion for organization, planning, and a newfound love for Administration. When she isn’t in the office, she loves spending time with her Husband and two children. She enjoys photography, sports and anything crafty!

Peggy Sileo

Kindergarten Teacher

Mrs. Sileo has a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa in Early Childhood/Elementary Education with a Literacy Endorsement. She taught for five years in public and private schools, prior to being a stay at home mom. For the past 12 years she has substituted in Iowa and Clark County in Iowa and Clark County in a variety of settings. Peggy has lived in Boulder City for the past eleven years, with her husband Jason and their 3 children. She enjoys camping and knitting.

Christine Stewart

First/Second
Grade Teacher

Mrs. Stewart received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and this is her third year at Grace Christian Academy. She and her husband and four children have moved all around the beautiful southwest and settled in Boulder City eight years ago. Teaching and sharing about God’s great love for His children has been a passion of hers for many years. When not at school, she can be found snuggled up with a good book, cooking, or spending time with her family.

Janeen Throckmorton

Upper Elementary Teacher

Ms. Throckmorton has lived in Boulder City for four years. She is originally from Iowa, where she taught for 20 years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, with a math endorsement from Simpson College. She earned her Master’s degree in Collaborative Learning and Teaching from Graceland University. She is a proud mom of one son. When she isn’t teaching, she likes hanging out with her son, swimming, walking, and meeting new people.

Ana Fass

Preschool Teacher

A Boulder City native, Mrs. Ana recently started her teaching career here at Grace Christian Academy. Teaching and sharing with children about Gods love has always been a passion of hers. She and her Husband have two daughters and are currently in the process of adopting 3 children. As a family of 7, they enjoy being together camping, working out and hiking.

Colleen Fay

PE Teacher

Mrs. Fay has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, is a certified coach with USA Swimming, an aerobics instructor and has taught red cross swimming lessons for over a decade. She is the President of a childrens organization and loves learning about the psychology behind childrens behavior. She believes if you train the body and mind they both work better. Most importantly she believes, God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love and sound mind.

Debra Dennill

Science & Art Teacher

Ms. Debra is a Certified Montessori Teacher with 20 years of Early Childhood Education experience. She joined Grace Christian Academy in 2021 as a Pre-K Teacher and is presently our Science and Art Teacher. Debra and Her Husband have 2 adult children. When not working with her students Ms. Debra enjoys cooking, reading and going to the gym.

Andrea Robinson

Librarian

Mrs. Robinson has lived in the Las Vegas/Henderson area for more than 20 years. She is originally from Ohio. She joined the Air Force when she was 18 and was active duty for more than 8 years. She has an Associates Degree in Electronics from CCAF, with teaching being one of her spiritual gifts. She homeschooled all 5 of her children, from birth – 12th grade. She has taught Sunday school and AWANA for close to 20 years, she loves kids, books, and especially the color purple! Her son-in-law, is a Boulder City native & through him she has come to love & appreciate the small, tight-knit community feeling of Boulder City.
