What We Believe
Declaration of Faith
- The Bible is the Word of God, divinely inspired as originally given, and is the supreme authority in matters of faith and practice.
- God is triune - one eternal God existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and man is created in His image.
- Christ is God manifested in the flesh, born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life, suffered and died in our behalf, arose bodily from the grave, ascended to the right hand of the father and coming again in power and glory.
- We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary for each individual.
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.
- We believe in the Spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Philosophy of Education
- All knowledge comes from God and the Bible is authoritative, being the last and final word on all matters with which it deals.
- All people are created in the express image of God, and are worthy of respect and honor.
- Children are a gift of God to their parents and as such are worthy of respect and honor.
- Children reflect the attitudes of their parents and environment and all who come into contact with them will be held accountable for their actions.
- All true growth and eventual maturity comes as the result of coping with challenging life situations and hard work.
- The School employs teachers who give evidence of a Christian life and who manifest the ability to educate children morally and intellectually in the light of God¹s Word.
- The School reinforces Christian values and emphasizes the cultivation of integrity, good manners and personal discipline.
- Because all true believers are one in Christ, denominational distinctions represented by families in the school are not taught.
- We believe in fostering personal growth through meaningful and intellectual exploration and fulfillment by:
- providing a Scriptural foundation for academic excellence.
- teaching life changing ideas while providing quality education.
- utilizing community resources to optimize student learning.
